Inclusive Leadership Program

The Inclusive Leadership Program (ILP) is an intensive, Master’s-level course designed for nonprofit visionaries ready to scale their impact and redefine the architecture of leadership. Rooted in a community-driven, culturally competent framework, ILP centers the unique lived experiences of women of color and gender-expansive professionals. This asynchronous, self-paced program bridges the gap between technical mastery and personal transformation. Participants gain rigorous management skills while exploring the internal shifts required to lead authentically and navigate the sector's complex power dynamics. Through 12 comprehensive modules, the curriculum covers everything from Strategic Future-Mapping and Governance to Culturally Responsive Fundraising and Radical Self-Care.
